Mid-level SEO Specialist

Lentiamo is seeking an experienced SEO specialist to join our team. This role will drive traffic and revenue by implementation of optimization strategies aimed at improving the visibility and search engine rankings of our websites. Moreover, we offer you the possibility to develop your team-leader skills by leading and collaborating closely with our English-speaking content writer.

If you have at least 3 years of experience in SEO and want to maintain hands-on experience while developing your leadership abilities, this role is ideal for you. We are looking for someone who can consider the broader context of SEO and its impact on business performance in our 17 European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement search engine optimization strategies to enhance the company’s organic traffic and revenue.
Prepare an annual SEO roadmap, ensure task execution, analyse progress and report results to the CMO.
Conduct on-page and content SEO, including keyword research, internal link management, optimisation of product and category pages and crafting unique and accurate titles and descriptions.
Assess the impact of SEO efforts on business performance during strategic meetings and propose actionable improvements.
Address and resolve technical SEO issues in collaboration with our in-house development team.
Lead and manage the content writer, setting objectives and ensuring their fulfilment.
Work with country managers and the content writer to enhance SEO content and relevance across our 17 websites, aiming to improve Google search rankings.

Requirements:

Proven experience with successful SEO projects in the e-commerce sector.
Solid knowledge of SEO tactics and techniques.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking across the SME field.
Project-oriented mindset with strong prioritisation skills.
Open to new ideas, collaborative and an effective communicator.
Familiarity with SEO and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs).
Proficiency in Czech and English.
